Delivery Time:
Some of our products are made to order at the time your order is placed. Please allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate and also allow 4-5 days for shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations items may arrive separately. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges.
Returns & Exchanges:
Little Piddles’ goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable. Furniture may be subjected to a nominal manufacture's restocking fee if returned.
Please return items within 10 days of receipt in new condition with the manufacture's tag attached. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. We will work with the manufacture and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
Since many of our items come directly from the supplier, the return shipping information will vary from product to product. Some items will need to be sent directly to the manufacturing company so we will need to provide you with the correct return shipping information. Therefore all returns & exchanges must receive prior approval to receive full credit.
Little Piddles is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery.
